Francis Yuen

Chairman

MBA and completed Advanced Management Program at Wharton School. He previously held senior leadership roles as President of Honeywell Asia Pacific, Chairman of Honeywell China, and President of Honeywell Aerospace Asia Pacific, overseeing regional business strategy formulation, operational growth and cross-border collaboration throughout Asia. After his tenure at Honeywell, he assumed the position of President of Trane Commercial Systems Asia, spearheading the company’s commercial HVAC business development and regional market expansion. In addition, he served as a Board Member of Merix Corporation, leveraging his extensive leadership acumen and industry insights to contribute to corporate governance and long-term strategic development.

Vice Chairman

A seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors. He has founded multiple tech companies and led business acquisition negotiations with major multinational corporations across Europe, the United States and the Asia-Pacific region. His business footprint covers digital data storage, optical components for medical devices, automotive fiber optics and industrial application fields.

Dr. Kang

CEO

Ph.D. in Electronics and Computer Engineering. He brings over 30 years of professional experience across the semiconductor, power device and new energy industries, with more than 15 patents to his name. He also has over 20 years of expertise in new product development, business management and marketing.

Dr. Pu

CTO

Ph.D. in Electronics and Computer Engineering, PMP certified. Boasting over 15 years of R&D experience in advanced CMOS and silicon photonics, she has authored more than 20 patents and technical publications. She has long led the development of multiple advanced power platforms for data center and AI applications.

Dr. Jiang

COO

Ph.D. in Electronics and Computer Engineering, 8 years of team leadership and 16 years of project management, setup of Haier Singapore Innovation Center and Singapore Tembusutech Innovation. Provided technology consulting to MNCs and government agencies, including BASF, Bayer, and Faurecia, etc. Deal sourcing for Tier one investment institutions including Hillhouse Capital, QF Capital, FutureX Capital, as well as SEA family offices and institutional funds including EDBI, SG Growth Capital and Temasek portfolio VC/PE.

VP of Sales and Marketing

BSc in International Trading. Currently serving as Executive Director of S.triformix, he jointly holds an official patent in collaboration with HP. Reflecting over 15 years of cross-border professional experience working across multiple countries, he also brings more than 20 years of extensive sales and marketing expertise spanning the semiconductor, electronics, and optics industries. With a global vision and profound industry insights, he has accumulated extensive professional resources and outstanding business capabilities throughout his career.
